The efficiency index of this series of products is based on the Grade 1 standard of GB30254-2013 (Energy Efficiency Limit Values and Energy Efficiency Grades of High Voltage Three Phase Cage Type Step-Up Motors).
This series of products are powered by inverter and have the characteristics of 0-50Hz constant torque output. When the user requires speed regulation higher than 50HZ, please specify when ordering.
Compared with asynchronous motors of the same specification, this series of products has higher efficiency, wider economical operation range, and significant energy-saving effect in the 25%-120% load range. The temperature rise of the motor is low, and the temperature rise of the motor is 30-50K under the rated negative cut.
This product is widely used in various mechanical transmission industries such as petrochemical, electric power, transportation, industrial and mining enterprises, fans, pumps, belt conveyors, etc. Depending on the load adjustment range, the electricity rate can be saved by about 30%.
