YR Wound Rotor Induction Motor For Rolling Mill Steel Plant

This series of motors has the advantages of high efficiency, energy saving, low noise, small vibration, safe and reliable operation, and convenient installation and maintenance. It can be used for various machines for general purposes, such as ball mills, fans, compressors, water pumps, crushers, cutting machine tools, transportation machinery and other original motors. In addition, it can also be used to drive large rotational inertia fans, coal mills, rolling mills, winches, electric shovels and other machinery.
YR series 6KV, 10KV wound rotor three-phase asynchronous motors are produced according to the technical conditions of JB/T7594 (6KV) and JB/T10445-2004 (10KV), the protection level is IP23 (see GB4942.1), and the cooling method is IC01 , IC11, IC21 or IC31 (see GB/T1993).
Model meaning
Take YR4001-4 as an example: YR means wound rotor asynchronous motor; 4001 means the shaft center height is 400mm, and the No. 1 iron core is long; 4 means the 4th grade.
