YRKK Wound Rotor Induction Motor High-Voltage Three-Phase Asynchronous Motors

YRKK series (H355～1120) 6KV, 10KV high-voltage three-phase asynchronous motors are wound rotor asynchronous motors. The protection level of this series of motors is IP44 or IP54, and the cooling method is IC611, IC616, IC666 (see GB/T1993).
This series of motors has the advantages of high efficiency, energy saving, low noise, low vibration, light weight, reliable performance, convenient installation and maintenance, etc.
The YRKK high-voltage motor stator adopts an external press-fitting structure, and the stator winding is made of F-class insulating material, and the ends are reliably fixed and bound. During the manufacturing process, it has undergone many inter-turn pulse voltage tests and ground withstand voltage tests, and adopts German advanced technology. The vacuum pressure impregnation solvent-free paint equipment and process (VPI) process. Therefore, the motor has excellent and reliable insulation performance, good mechanical strength and strong moisture resistance.
YRKK high-voltage motor winding rotor adopts F-class insulation material. There are two types of bearings: rolling bearings and sliding bearings, depending on the power and speed of the motor. YR series is the basic series, and the protection level is IP54. YRQF series (IPW24) and YRKS series (IP44 or IP54) can also be derived according to the ordering requirements.
The main junction box is generally installed on the right side of the motor (viewed from the shaft extension end), and can also be installed on the left side of the motor according to the ordering requirements. There is a separate ground terminal in the main junction box.
YRKK high-voltage motors can be used to drive various general machinery such as compressors, water pumps, crushers, cutting machine tools, transportation machinery and other mechanical equipment, as prime movers in mining, machinery industry, petrochemical industry, power plants and other industrial and mining enterprises use. Motors used to drive blowers, coal mills, rolling mills, and hoists should indicate their use and technical requirements when ordering, and adopt special designs to ensure reliable operation.
